Automotive Service Technician

The Automotive Service Technician role is onsite in Fairfield, OH. Compensation is $56,000–$90,000 per year, with potential quarterly cash bonuses. The technician joins Performance Honda Fairfield’s high-volume service team, which emphasizes service quality for every customer and vehicle.

What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Honda vehicles to manufacturer specifications
• diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues
• complete iService inspections
• communicate repair status and recommended services to service advisors
• maintain an organized workspace and follow safety procedures
• and stay current with automotive technology and repair techniques. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with a one-hour lunch, one Saturday per month, and Sundays closed.
