What you'll do

• Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and accounts receivable transactions
• update Dash with invoicing, receipt, and communication notes
• create and submit invoices
• prepare customer account status reports
• facilitate vendor payments and resolve discrepancies
• coordinate vendor bill approvals
• submit weekly payables reports
• reconcile credit accounts and daily cash movements
• prepare weekly working capital reports
• reconcile monthly royalty reporting to deposits and prepare franchise reports.
