The Packer role is onsite in Canton, MA. Compensation is not specified. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and supports production packaging and product quality. What you'll do

• Identify and participate in efficiency, product-quality, and safety improvements
• check bag sealers for function and cleanliness
• sanitize equipment
• set bag and box messages and select correct packaging
• prepare and tag pallets according to configuration
• maintain a clean area following 5S standards
• return boxes and bags to their locations and switch off machines as needed
• remove waste
• prepare the area and move racks and trays
• cover breaks as directed
• check production schedules
• select packaging plates
• complete finished-goods distribution forms and utensil sign-in/out forms.

Why this role

No experience is required. HACCP training is listed; Spanish/English bilingual ability is preferred. Must be able to lift 50–60 pounds and rotate shifts as needed. Five-hour shifts are available per the structural listing.
