Pet Transportation Associate

The Pet Transportation Associate role is onsite in Pacific, MO. Pay is $17–$18 per hour. Kingdom Canine transports pets between its facility and designated pickup and drop-off locations, with a focus on safe, comfortable trips and professional service to families. The associate drives afternoon routes, verifies pet identities and handoff instructions, secures and monitors pets, and communicates concerns to management. The role also keeps the van clean and ready and completes transportation logs and basic vehicle safety checks.

What you'll do

• Safely transport pets between Kingdom Canine and designated pickup and drop-off locations
• follow routes and communicate delays or changes
• verify pet identity, instructions, and authorized handoffs
• secure and control pets during loading, unloading, and transfers
• monitor pets for signs of stress, illness, or overheating
• communicate with clients and the team
• complete logs and report incidents
• clean, sanitize, fuel, and prepare the van
• perform basic vehicle safety checks
• assist with related pet care and transportation preparation as needed.
