Manager of Construction Loan Servicing

The Manager of Construction Loan Servicing role is full-time and onsite in Pittsburgh, PA. Compensation is not specified. It coordinates with mortgage servicing, construction lending, secondary marketing, sales, compliance, and executive leadership to support loan performance and customer service.

What you'll do

• Manage the construction loan servicing lifecycle
• oversee draw schedules, inspections, disbursements, and loan balancing
• manage servicing operations and platform vendors
• monitor construction loan portfolios and held-for-sale pipelines
• review aged loans and salability
• ensure regulatory and policy compliance
• manage SOX controls, audits, risk mitigation, general ledger reconciliations, DDA accounts, and year-end tax reporting
• develop policies and procedures
• drive process improvements and automation
• establish KPI/KRI reporting
• train and develop staff.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least seven years of construction loan servicing or mortgage servicing experience. NMLS registration or willingness to obtain is preferred.
