This role supports the Rent A Center store team by managing rental accounts and delivering exceptional customer service. The role exists to drive sales growth and maintain account health by building strong customer relationships. It contributes to the company's goals by ensuring high-quality service, managing collections, and maintaining store standards.

What you'll do

• Oversee assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Conduct early-stage collections.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Complete delivery and pickup routes.
• Provide white-glove customer service.
• Generate new rental agreements.
• Transport and install merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards.
