What you'll do

• Attend required training in ticketing, cash handling, customer service, and emergency procedures
• use the Lilypad point-of-sale system to sell admissions, rentals, bumper car tickets, merchandise, and approved products
• open, balance, and close an assigned cash drawer
• answer phones and provide information about hours, pricing, waivers, programs, parties, group visits, rentals, and facility rules
• check waivers and reservations
• assist with online ticketing questions
• maintain a secure, organized ticket office
• restock front-office materials
• assist with opening, closing, light cleaning, guest flow, skate rentals, and bumper car setup as needed
• monitor public areas for safety concerns and communicate by two-way radio.
