What you'll do

• Provide individualized one-to-one coaching, including pre-engagement, to adults with autism
• support individuals in identifying and addressing barriers to independence and community involvement
• support college navigation for individuals facing executive functioning, social skills, or anxiety challenges
• work independently with individuals toward their personal goals
• help grow the program.
