Scale House Operator

What you'll do

• Probe, test, and scale inbound loads
• retain and label product samples
• enter test results in BCFoods
• verify outbound product, quantity, and destination
• sample and test outbound loads and complete paperwork
• monitor belts, screens, hullers, bins, and production equipment
• troubleshoot developing issues
• maintain housekeeping
• communicate breakdowns
• perform minor repairs when able
• prioritize employee and food safety.
