What you'll do

• Lead store operations and execute operating plans for regular and peak periods
• coordinate promotions, events, book signings, displays, and advertising
• lead course-material activities with course-materials leadership
• review store financials and manage shrink budget
• approve markups, markdowns, and write-offs within guidelines
• maintain asset security and safety
• coordinate campus outreach and events
• recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
• handle routine inquiries and escalated complaints
• maintain store cleanliness.
