What you'll do

• Perform quantity surveys from project plans
• read and outline specifications
• maintain an audit trail of quantity surveys
• support vendor and subcontractor pricing, bid solicitation, and coordination
• distribute plans and specifications
• collaborate with project teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
• gain self-perform estimating experience and field operational exposure as opportunities arise.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, with equivalent relevant experience considered. The posting prefers 0–2 years of project engineer or construction experience and notes possible overnight travel and non-traditional hours.
