What you'll do

• Lead and guide superintendents, assistant superintendents, project engineers, and site staff
• plan, schedule, and coordinate project work
• review contract documents and provide constructability guidance
• manage punch lists and correction of deficient work
• conduct weekly trade coordination meetings
• perform quality-control inspections
• prepare look-ahead schedules and daily reports in CMIC
• help evaluate cost and schedule impacts of revisions
• coordinate equipment and material deliveries
• verify subcontractor work
• assist with final as-built drawings.
