Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager role is an office-based position with regular jobsite visits in Sacramento, CA. Compensation is $80,000–$120,000 per year. What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from inception to completion
• prepare scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans
• coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• monitor progress and risks
• manage procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• review jobsite safety and compliance
• communicate project updates
• manage budgets and invoices
• maintain permits and project documentation
• mentor team members
• represent the company and develop client relationships.
