What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors
• follow site security procedures and policies
• respond professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• document and report observations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeters
• monitor access and report unauthorized entry
• communicate with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders when needed.
