Service Coordinator, Valve and Asset Repair

Job overview

The Service Coordinator role is onsite in Auburn, MA, five days per week. Compensation is $22–$32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with overtime pay for hours worked over 40 in a week. The role supports NECI’s valve and asset repair business. The coordinator manages customer communication, work orders, scheduling, and service documentation from initial request through job closeout. The role helps shop and field teams deliver repair work accurately and on schedule while maintaining clear updates for customers and internal partners.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with customers, sales, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors to scope, quote, schedule, and execute service work
• create and update work orders
• coordinate shop and field activity through completion
• communicate schedule and scope changes
• use the IFS system for proposals, work orders, customer orders, and purchase orders
• support reconciliation, service reporting, and repair documentation
• maintain customer records and internal service documentation.

Why this role

Hands-on training is available, and direct valve or industrial service experience is not required. Significant overtime is available, particularly during customer outages and busy periods.
