Day Program Assistant

This role exists to assist individuals with their personal hygiene and support those who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. The assistant helps participants develop developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, while encouraging them to be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.

What you'll do

• Help participants grow, learn, and live well
• Develop meaningful relationships with individuals served
• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Assist with personal hygiene
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
