• coordinate time-off requests and staffing coverage
• assess workflows and workloads
• conduct department meetings
• manage performance
• coordinate clinical supplies
• maintain workplace safety and HIPAA compliance
• and perform medical assistant or nursing functions when needed under physician direction.
