What you'll do

• Lead and supervise one apprentice
• install blown-in attic insulation
• prepare and protect job sites
• inspect attics for ventilation, air leaks, and moisture concerns
• operate and maintain insulation equipment
• measure spaces and calculate material quantities
• train crew members
• communicate with homeowners
• perform duct cleaning and inspect ductwork
• clean vents and grilles
• apply antimicrobial treatments when appropriate
• complete projects on schedule
• follow OSHA and company safety guidelines
• maintain vehicles, equipment, and inventory.
