What you'll do

• Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff across home care, assisted living, and skilled nursing settings
• ensure timely assessments, care plans, and interdisciplinary team meetings
• monitor regulatory compliance, documentation, quality metrics, staffing, scheduling, and visit coverage
• support patient transitions, staff education, and complex clinical cases
• participate in resource planning as needed.
