What you'll do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients
• respond to requests about coverage, eligibility, billing, claims service, policy changes, and certificates
• communicate timelines and identify coverage gaps, risks, and opportunities
• manage service execution for new business and renewals
• review proposals and renewal materials
• process policy transactions
• maintain account records
• review Account Coordinator work
• stay current on carrier updates, regulations, and industry trends.
