What you'll do

• Welcome clients
• prepare and review documents and medical records
• check internal communications
• explain services
• schedule and check in appointments
• process admissions, discharges, invoices, and payments
• maintain client and pet records
• perform administrative tasks including scanning, faxing, emailing, and shipping
• answer and route phone calls
• confirm appointments and ensure diagnostics are attached to records
• update clients about wait times
• record client interactions and complaints
• clean lobby and exam rooms
• report supply needs
• mentor new employees and visitors.
