What you'll do

• Test and operate emergency power supply systems
• install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, pneumatic, oxygen, and telephone systems
• perform light construction, painting, groundskeeping, security, and floor care
• plan and record work tasks
• maintain knowledge of facility systems and regulatory standards.
