What you'll do

• Lead, supervise, and guide nursing staff
• coordinate care and address staff performance
• develop, implement, monitor, and review nursing components of individual service plans
• participate in medical rounds and share clinical direction with staff
• obtain and follow up on insurance prior-authorization documentation
• complete ventilator authorizations, tardive dyskinesia assessments, and tracking for IV management and laboratory services
• cover floor nurse vacancies as needed
• participate in the mandatory on-call rotation.
