The role balances sales, labor, inventory, food quality, safety, and team development to support restaurant performance and memorable guest experiences.

What you'll do

• Lead shifts
• drive sales through guest experiences
• monitor labor, staffing, and productivity
• support scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost control
• review financial information
• maintain a safe and organized restaurant
• conduct table visits and walkthroughs
• resolve guest concerns
• uphold food and beverage quality and presentation
• partner with culinary and wine teams
• assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
• coach and mentor team members
• complete opening and closing duties
• maintain food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
