What you'll do
- Oversee medication-management protocols
- maintain accurate client records
- assess client medical status and refer for outside care when appropriate
- monitor physical health needs during withdrawal services
- supervise and coach RNs, LPNs, pharmacy technicians, and medical assistants
- implement care plans and coordinate appointments and referrals
- oversee admissions level-of-care assessments
- participate in the on-call nursing supervisor schedule
- facilitate medical case conferences
- maintain staff schedules
- support regulatory compliance, audits, documentation review, and staff training.
