What you'll do

• Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals, coverage questions, and policy updates.
• Provide professional support during service and claims-related conversations.
• Review accounts and assist with policy changes, endorsements, and updates.
• Identify coverage gaps and pivot service conversations into in-book sales opportunities.
• Recommend additional products using a needs-based approach.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet retention, service, and outreach goals.
