The role also contributes to internal tools and workflows in collaboration with engineers and other teammates.

What you'll do

• Advise startup clients on board consents, equity grants, hiring, and day-to-day corporate questions
• draft and review governance documents, SAFEs, convertible notes, and financing documents
• communicate directly with founders
• delegate work to paralegals
• collaborate with engineers and non-lawyer teammates to improve internal tools and workflows.
