What you'll do

• Prepare patients for examinations
• perform provider-ordered ophthalmic tests
• conduct patient workups based on clinical history and chief complaint
• record histories and update medications
• review past records
• perform baseline refractions
• ensure authorizations and referrals are in place when needed
• prepare and sterilize exam rooms
• maintain confidentiality.
