What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop help desk team members

• troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, Teams, and Outlook
• collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams
• improve documentation and support processes
• and monitor service metrics.
