What you'll do

• Schedule PIV card activation, enrollment, certificate update, and PIN reset appointments
• respond to phone and email inquiries
• verify applicant identities and collect required documentation
• collect and document personal and biometric information
• verify documents and information
• protect sensitive data
• explain enrollment steps and provide customer service
• maintain applicant records and tracking spreadsheets
• stay current on policies and procedures
• attend local hiring events as needed.
