What you'll do

• Complete and update assigned maintenance tasks
• leave work sites clean and safe
• maintain the work vehicle and tool inventory
• purchase needed materials and submit work orders
• track billable hours
• perform minor painting, cleaning, carpentry, handyman, light plumbing, and electrical work
• oversee contracted projects as needed
• recommend supplies and equipment
• report additional repairs
• assist with building upkeep
• perform emergency unit repairs when necessary
• maintain logs
• and respond to emergencies.
