Bilingual Human Resources Intern

What you'll do

• Source candidates and build relationships in the Whitewater community
• attend recruiting events and represent Lavelle Industries and its openings
• conduct employment interviews and make hiring decisions for production roles
• onboard new hires
• maintain recruiting metrics
• assist with other duties and projects as assigned.
