The Caregiver — Fairbanks Home Care role is in person in Fairbanks, AK, with morning shifts from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and afternoon shifts from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; weekend availability is possible. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. The role provides one-on-one care to clients in their homes through TLC Care Services. The caregiver assists clients with personal care and daily living, mobility, companionship, medication reminders, meals, and transportation to appointments and errands. The role also helps maintain a safe home environment and communicates with families and care teams.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance
• offer companionship and emotional support
• assist with mobility, incontinence care, and colostomy care
• provide medication reminders
• prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed
• drive clients to appointments and errands
• maintain a safe, clean home environment
• communicate with families and care teams.
