The Home Care Aide (HCA) — Spanish Speaking role is onsite in Chicago, IL, and is part-time. Pay is $19.50 per hour. The aide follows each participant’s Plan of Care to provide household and personal assistance, helping seniors maintain comfort, dignity, safety, and independence in their own homes. The role includes reporting changes and completing required training.

What you'll do

• Follow participant care plans
• perform household tasks and shopping
• prepare meals according to dietary guidance
• assist with personal care and medication reminders
• accompany participants to appointments, errands, and activities
• observe and report changes
• complete required in-service training.
