The Senior Accountant – Controller role is onsite in Littleton, CO, with compensation of $90,000–$110,000 per year. The position supports the financial operations and growth of Sanders & Johnson, Inc., a locally owned residential indoor air quality, HVAC, and plumbing business. The role exists to manage financial reporting and accounting operations while providing analysis that informs business decisions. Working closely with the CEO, the Senior Accountant supports budgeting, cash-flow planning, payroll, payables and receivables, audits, banking, and improvements to financial systems and procedures.

What you'll do

• Manage financial reporting
• prepare month-end financial statements
• reconcile accounts
• prepare cash-flow projections
• analyze company performance and make recommendations
• oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable collections, vendor negotiations, and trade rebate management
• improve financial systems, policies, and procedures
• forecast budgets
• lead audits
• execute banking transactions.

Why this role
