What you'll do

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene
• plan meals, cook, shop for groceries, and perform light housekeeping
• provide medication reminders and monitor client well-being
• assist with transfers, ambulation, and safe repositioning
• promptly report changes in clients’ physical, mental, or emotional condition
• complete care notes and use mobile clock-in and clock-out.
