What you'll do

• Collect and deposit rents and fees
• follow up on delinquencies and issue notices
• maintain rent ledgers and tenant files
• review applications, screen prospective tenants, and execute agreements after approval
• promote vacancies
• enforce rental agreements and community rules
• prepare monthly reports
• maintain common areas, grounds, equipment, and facilities
• coordinate annual water-system backflow testing with vendors.
