The position supports Johnson Lexus of Raleigh’s pre-owned sales team, serving customers across a changing inventory of vehicle makes and models, including Lexus Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. The consultant guides customers from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery and follow-up, helping them evaluate vehicles and purchase options while building lasting customer relationships. Accurate product knowledge, consistent lead management, and attentive service contribute to sales objectives and repeat and referral business.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers and understand their needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget
• present pre-owned inventory and vehicle features accurately
• explain Lexus Certified Pre-Owned benefits when applicable
• conduct test drives
• assist with purchase, financing, and trade-in options
• prepare pricing proposals
• coordinate with Sales Management and Finance
• respond to leads and inquiries
• follow up with prospective and existing customers
• maintain CRM records
• complete training
• deliver vehicles and explain features
• introduce customers to the Service team.
