What you'll do

• Complete make-ready units
• troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall issues
• perform preventive maintenance on vacant units
• maintain pool chemical balance and safety
• complete minor roof repairs and re-key locks
• inspect for safety hazards and report or correct them
• share on-call duty
• help monitor parts and cleaning-supply inventory.
