The Plant Human Resources Generalist role is onsite in Pryor, OK. Compensation is $71,000–$82,000 per year. IP Corporation is a family-owned chemical manufacturing organization whose operating companies make and distribute resins, gel coats, composite materials, and specialty polymer solutions. As the primary HR resource for assigned manufacturing and distribution operations, the generalist advises employees and plant leaders and supports core HR processes. The role helps maintain a positive workplace, apply policies and employment requirements, and support staffing, employee relations, benefits, development, and payroll administration.

What you'll do

• Advise plant leaders and employees on HR policies and employee relations
• investigate complaints and workplace conflicts
• support hiring, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employment paperwork
• assist with benefits and leave administration
• coordinate performance reviews, training, and development
• support timekeeping, payroll, audits, and compliance reporting
• communicate policy and legal updates
• partner with EHS and plant leadership on safety and incident response
• lead HR projects and engagement initiatives.
