What you'll do

• Provide customer service in person, by phone, and by email
• quote service work, offer additional services, and update customers on work and final pricing. Maintain complete job files and correspondence, review technician time daily and submit it to payroll biweekly, create and review repair orders, finalize shop invoices, and maintain yard checks and logs. Update daily KPIs, coordinate with service management and technicians, ensure fabrication materials are available, allocate and pull parts, research and order parts to job specifications, and pick up parts as needed.
