What you'll do

• Serve as the primary onsite IT resource and first contact for tickets
• assess and prioritize requests
• support hardware, software, connectivity, account access, and authentication
• configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot office devices
• coordinate onboarding and offboarding
• troubleshoot conference-room and shared technology
• assist with business applications and mortgage platforms
• coordinate escalations and rollouts with remote IT
• document requests, resolutions, inventory, and configurations
• identify recurring issues
• and provide employee guidance.
