What you'll do

• Oversee healthcare culinary production
• prepare meals according to therapeutic and texture-modified diet requirements, physician orders, resident preferences, and IDDSI standards
• ensure accurate tray assembly and timely delivery
• maintain food quality and nutritional integrity
• enforce HACCP and sanitation procedures
• manage food costs, labor, waste, inventory, and purchasing
• and coordinate production schedules and team deployment.
