Sales Representative, Compact Construction Equipment

The Sales Representative, Compact Construction Equipment role is a hybrid field and inside sales position in Saint Croix Falls, WI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Compensation is $60,000–$100,000 per year, including a $60,000–$80,000 base and uncapped bonuses; top earners make $100,000 or more. Tri-State Bobcat has served customers for more than 40 years and represents compact construction equipment. The role grows an assigned territory by developing customer relationships and guiding contractors, business owners, and equipment users through the equipment purchase process. It coordinates with internal teams to support demonstrations, proposals, financing, agreements, and delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage and grow an assigned territory through job-site visits, dealership activity, prospecting, and follow-up
• develop new business and customer relationships
• manage sales from initial contact through demonstrations, proposals, financing, purchase agreements, and delivery
• coordinate with sales leadership, marketing, and internal teams
• represent Tri-State Bobcat at customer events and trade shows.
