What you'll do

• Roast and blend coffee to specifications
• operate roasting, blending, and grinding equipment
• conduct sample roasts and tastings
• identify beans and defects
• describe cup characteristics using cupping protocols
• move and stage materials and finished product
• document maintenance
• maintain housekeeping standards
• operate a forklift safely
• assist other departments when production needs arise.
