What you'll do

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
• monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and compliance
• review drawings, specifications, RFIs, ASIs, and material submittals
• maintain daily logs, safety records, progress reports, and site documentation
• lead subcontractor meetings and resolve construction issues
• ensure schedule adherence and correction of deficiencies
• maintain an organized job site
• coordinate punch lists and final completion
• maintain relationships with owners and project teams.
