The Cybersecurity Internship — Threat Practice, Winter 2027 is onsite in Fairfax, VA, or Irvine, CA. Compensation is $27 per hour. Tevora’s cybersecurity consulting program provides paid training to develop technical and professional skills for information security work. The intern supports the Threat practice through penetration-testing activities, training labs, remediation validation, reporting, and client communications. The program is intended to build consulting skills and may lead to a full-time Information Security Associate offer after successful completion.

What you'll do

• Participate in internal, external, and web application penetration tests
• study testing methodologies in training labs
• shadow penetration testers
• support remediation validation and reporting
• write executive and technical summaries
• communicate test status and findings to clients
• assist consultants with client engagements.
