What you'll do

• Own the Salesforce WFM roadmap, plans, milestones, and outcomes
• coordinate dependencies across product, field operations, Salesforce engineering, architecture, data, integrations, security, QA, and external partners
• manage priorities, scope, capacity, risks, decisions, and delivery commitments across epics
• maintain the roadmap and Jira backlog
• lead planning, status, dependency, and risk meetings
• coordinate development, testing, UAT, deployment, training, hypercare, and operational handoff
• prepare leadership updates and delivery dashboards.
