Substance Use Disorder Counselor, LCDC II or Higher

What you'll do

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
• provide weekly individual counseling
• facilitate individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate and within licensure scope
• develop treatment plans and case management goals
• document client progress
• monitor outcomes
• participate in treatment team meetings
• develop discharge and aftercare plans
• coordinate with external partners
• maintain required records and licenses
• transport clients as needed
• participate in the on-call rotation.
