Head of Sales

The Head of Sales role is onsite in Hartford, CT. Compensation is $100,000–$200,000 per year. Pinnacle Concrete Solutions handles complex geotechnical projects, including concrete lifting, soil stabilization, deep injection, chemical grouting, and seawall repair. The role builds and leads the commercial sales process and team, develops a repeatable pipeline, and works to keep the project calendar booked. It supports the company’s growth by generating qualified leads, closing commercial work, and reducing reliance on owner-led sales and referrals.

What you'll do

• Build a repeatable quote, close, and follow-up process
• drive qualified commercial leads to technical experts and help close deals
• build and lead a small sales team
• pursue commercial work against larger competitors
• own the commercial pipeline
• work toward keeping the calendar 80–90% booked and holding it 90 days out.
